Pump nozzle automatic assembly + vacuum inspection line

Our automated production machinery can solve the challenge of automatically fitting elastic o-rings into plastic parts, widely used in automated assembly and leak testing of bicycle pump valve in the pneumatic part industry.

We build a connection among three machines in the following to provide the comprehensive service ranging from valve assembly to leak testing. Our goal is to assemble spare parts into finished product with less labor and time. Meanwhile our leak testing machines can guarantee the excellent sealing performance of each product.
